Why not let Iwi (and everyone for that matter) print money and back it with bitcoin? the designs would be great. Why not net everyone print. Funny but not joking, maybe the Central bank more realistically could hold the reserves for the issuers, maybe some bitcoin, gold, bonds combo, not that different from the existing system just the commercial banks don't get monopoly.
