Oh God, who is the light of the world, we come to You in this new day seeking Your guidance and Your truth. Grant us the wisdom to discern between light and darkness, so that we may follow the path of righteousness and life.

Help us not to fear the light, but to welcome it into our lives, for we know that it reveals the truth and guides us to Your eternal love. May Your light shine upon us this day, dispelling all darkness and bringing clarity to our steps.

May we live in accordance with Your teachings, always seeking to do what is right in Your eyes. Empower us to be instruments of Your light in this world, spreading love, compassion and hope to everyone who crosses our path.

May this new day be an opportunity for us to grow in intimacy with You and to share Your love with the world around us. May every choice we make be guided by Your truth, so that we may glorify Your name in everything we do.

In the name of Jesus, the one who is the light of the world, we pray.
