Let's imagine that a Stacker like @sn with the longest Cowboy streak over 380, goes offline and doesn't participate for more than 2 days. He loses his cowboy-hat. Will it take him over a year to regain his lost state?
What would take you years to build, could easily be destroyed in just a few days. This could be a sad experience. I think many Stackers here have ever had such experience.
