Yes, MIT / Apache 2 license have been designed ~20 years. Not necessarily the best tools to protect the openess of Bitcoin domain public against external actors like CSW.

On my side I’m talking about the last year ones shared on the lightning dev mailing list.
I don’t understand the AJ position, I did offer to clarify my words on Delving Bitcoin though he did opted to censor my post instead. I think AJ is free to post on stacker.news here or on another thread to clarify his position.
