I was listening to a podcast yesterday that discussed just what we were talking about. Of course I can't remember which one now. Basically the gist of it was that Saylor borrowed fiat to buy bitcoin. It's a double benefit. You buy an appreciating asset with a depreciating asset, and you get the benefit of knowing that your act of borrowing "prints" more fiat, causing it to depreciate even faster. As to your situation, I don't know. I'm confused myself. Confession- 2 years ago I used one of those credit card 0% offers to buy bitcoin. I knew I could swing paying it off through the term. That felt good, but I'm not recommending it!

Well the privacy maxis say don’t KYC with an exchange to withdrawal your bitcoin because it destroys your privacy. Buy it peer to peer to protect your identity and privacy . Because these platforms scan your ID or passport and they keep it sitting on a database that could be hacked which will then link you to your BTC purchases and the addresses you sent the BTC to.

Oh, that's technology. During an update on my mom's tablet, the battery died and it stopped turning on. So I had to postpone everything and go to her place to help her with this problem.

playing around in the terminal last night, I feel I just started to learn how to really use the computer. 🤯

if you also want to learn about PGP, the best thing you can do is not use any tools but start right from the terminal - all the tools bring more convenience but also take away some of the important leanings! I prefer stacking solid knowledge ( baby steps learning things one by one instead of skipping ) from the beginning and then later taking advantage of the tools. Otherwise, there would be many missing pieces to pick up later on.

I feel bad for ~security, I currently don't have the time to look through the recent feed and zap good content since it takes time to evaluate content. And when in doubt, I don't zap. But hopefully I'll be able to allocate some time to it soon. It's more a time management problem than a time amount problem.
