I am looking for new games to play on my WebRcade setup, so I would like to know which are your favorites and on what platform I can find them. I normally like RPG-style games or anything with an immersive story, but please don't limit your recommendations to that genre!

I've got some favorites that I feel still hold up.

  • The Legend of Zelda - A Link to the Past (SNES)
  • Batman Returns (SNES)
  • Super Metroid (SNES)
  • Final Fantasy - Mystic Quest (SNES)
  • Uncharted Waters (SNES)
  • Tomb Raider (GBC)
  • Metal Gear Solid (GBC)
  • Metroid: Zero Mission (GBA)

I own a PSP and PS2 as well, but a quick glance at WebRcade doesn't list those systems.

Here are couple of my tips:

  • Metal Slug (all of them) - ARCADE (NeoGeo)
  • Commander Keen 4 (and mods like Aurora Bliss) - MS-DOS
  • Pokemon (e.g. Modern Emerald) - GBA
  • Doom - MS-DOS (but I'd recommend play e.g. Brutal Doom)
  • Duke Nukem 3D - MS-DOS
  • Prince of Persia - MS-DOS
  • Burnout Legends - PSP
  • Limbo - Android (or Steam)
  • Lotus 3 - MS-DOS
  • Retry! - Android (have to find APK)
  • Super Mario Land 2 DX (DX is the color mod) - GBC
  • See my favorite pico-8 games

To infinity and beyond? The Bitcoin price has been totally crazy in the last 48 hours. BTC has indeed increased from 63,000 during this short period. And several countries in the world - 60% of Humanity in fact! - see the prices of the king of cryptocurrencies higher than ever in the history of their local fiat currency. (No) thanks to inflation, that is, to the depreciation of these state currency papers against the leader of crypto-assets.

IT IS NOT ONLY IN HYPERINFLATIONARY ARGENTINA AND NIGERIA THAT BTC EXPLODES ITS ATH...

... even if it can be seen even more, necessarily. Because the value of fiat currencies issued by Argentina (ARS) and Nigeria (NGN) continues to collapse because of the violent inflationary spiral that plagues these two countries.

As noted by the entrepreneur and investor (and former Coinbase's technical director) Balaji S. Srinivasan on his account X (@balajis), already more than 30 countries are seeing our dear Bitcoin break price records in their local state currency.

And in particular... in China and India, the two most populous countries in the world. Because yes, Bitcoin beat all its previous all-time-high (ATH) against the Chinese yuan (CNY) and the Indian rupee (INR).
