Yes ... late evening and overnight (U.S. time) see about half the traffic as during the mid-day (working hours):

If you scroll down in that analytics, you'll see a map with visitor numbers from the various countries.  Beginning with the countries in Asia, the visitor numbers are low, and it does not rise much until the Western European countries.
