There’s a great book called Alchemy by Rory Sutherland that explores the role of psychology in driving real results.
He’s an exec at Ogilvy and is a master of storytelling.
One of his chapters explains how in 1977, one fisherman re-named the Patagonian Toothfish to the Chilean Sea Bass, and caused it to explode in popularity at restaurants.
Ridiculously simple change, big results.
