These songs fall kind of in between the two camps. The film Honeymoon in Vegas yielded an amazing soundtrack album. I went out and bought this, its fantastic. The film starred Nic Cage, Sara Jessica Parker & James Caan.
The soundtrack was Elvis cover versions by some of the biggest stars, so old songs but reworked.
