interesting distribution, why do you think Hawai’i is so bad?

their days are nearly the exact same length all throughout the year, and i would have assumed the laid back island atmosphere would be a reason for better-than-normal sleep.

It could also be like the undisciplined person says, where major sports are broadcasted very late and people stay up to watch them.

wait, this would have the opposite effect, no?

aren’t prime-time games held at like 1pm in hawaii?

reply

I don't know. Do you think that being a more touristy state with a lot of entertainment could affect the sleep of Hawaiians?

maybe the tourism has something to do with it, but i don’t think hawaii is really known for late night entertainment.

I know for a fact I don’t get enough sleep. I try to fix it but it’s challenging

Do you live in a sleep-deprived county? Or are you one of the few who bucks the trend?

reply

It’s hard to tell for sure by looking at the map, but it appears my county is a light blue color. So I guess I am atypical for my area
