If enough people downzap, it gets outlawed and only people with wild west mode enabled in their settings see it
You can try it out on my comment but it will additionally decrease your trust to me so content from me will rank lower in your feed
Probably not significant if you only use a few sats and can be undone if you zap some stuff from me again
