Not quite sure what you mean but maybe you are using conscious thought to solve problems that are better suited to subconscious reasoning (like the clarity provided by periods of quiet reflection, sleep or meditation).

There is you and then there is you on coffee two different beings it could be argued coffee is augmented reality

hmmmm, coffee is the last remaining unhealthy habit of mine, but I can def ditch it - I tried before and it's actually fine, but then it's nice to have a cup of hot coffee in cold days. 👀

it has its place but its a very mental state so if you find yourself feeling trapped, overthinking, give being without coffee for a bit a go
