46 days of 100 push ups a day until $100k down. Undetermined to go.
42 days of 100 squats a day until $100k down. Undetermined to go.
Effective yesterday I have switched to 2x50 sets.
Awesome! After a month and a half of doing this, have you notice an improvement of the ability to do push ups / improvement in strength?
I don't know if you recall, but I try my max number of reps in one set every Sunday. Last Sunday was the first time I was able to complete all 100 in one go. All these push up each day really seem to be improving my strength. I'm glad and thankful that you started this challenge.
