We know one thing for sure from history: if politicians want to squeeze even more money out of people, an external enemy is the best vehicle for doing so. Europe, the USA and England have long since decided that Russia is the perfect enemy. An escalation of the war in Ukraine is therefore in the interests of some powers in the background, for example the military complex, which is currently experiencing a boom. On a geostrategic level, something has changed: the European Union, also from an economic perspective, is trying to free itself from the superiority of American military producers. The latest contracts awarded to European defense and armaments companies indicate that a new alliance is forming an oligopoly on European soil. The fact that the Americans are now also gradually withdrawing from the Ukraine conflict, which is obviously being lost, is putting additional pressure on the Europeans, who are going bankrupt, as France's finance minister LeMaire emphasized two weeks ago. The large-scale attempt to provoke Putin with weapons production from German and French hands on Ukrainian soil alone makes one sit up and take notice. War bonds are already on the books, the money has long been planned!
How will they form against USA while remaining in NATO? I, personally, don't see this happening in near future. However, I accept that there is a great disagreement on the scene of Ukraine conflict.
