Rarely do I ever enable fiat values. I only care about how many sats I have...
If is an onchan only wallet I set to display in BTC (onchain only for holding and opening channels).
If is a LN wallet I set to display in sats. (LN only for spending).
Just for fun, when I want to post a screenshot, I set the fiat currency in VND or THB to display gazillions of units. Is really funny that THB (Thai baht) have the same sign as Bitcoin and many people are confused then they see billions and billions of ₿ (in fact are just sats) 😂😂😂😂

BTC for my cold storage, sats in my LN wallet.
I also have a spreadsheet that shows the different components of my net worth in BTC. It's kind of scary how the value of my house is decreasing rapidly.

OP is referring to how you use your wallet app to display in BTC or sats or fiat.

I would love to denominate in Sats but my wallet says it in 'BTC'. Can you suggest me one where they denominate as 'Sats' ?
That means you are using the wrong wallet app.
Any decent (Bitcoin ONLY) wallet app will have the option in settings to display sats.

It depends on the stash: hardware wallet, computer, laptop, mobile phone, browser extension wallet, custodial (SN, BitSOAPbox, etc.) wallets.
Because my brain is wired to think fiat but I am working on trying to think in satoshi.
