true, as long as the bees are not contaminated or weak - and this the beekeeper controls - the honey is good.
to me it does not matter wich flowers the bees make honey of, as long as the bees don't come into contact with pollutants or herbicides and the beekeeper knows how to manage strong colonies that don't depend on chemicals and sugar
It's funny that you really need to do the WORK to find these people now - great quality and usually with a fair price.
Yet many people work so hard then to buy those being branded or marketed so hard products, and usually expensive while most of them are just average inside if not full of chemicals.
