Another example of what happens when government declares war on something. Nixon declared "war on cancer" in (you guessed it) 1971, and now we have a lot more cancer. Exactly Like the War on Drugs got us a lot more drugs, the War on Terrorism got us a lot more terrorism, the war on Crime got us a lot more crime. This is why I'm looking forward to the War on Bitcoin, which the EU has officially started, and is undoubtedly coming to the US soon.
