Beyond the job cuts, Milei also boasted at an event on Tuesday that he has frozen public works, cut off some funding to provincial governments and terminated more than 200,000 social welfare plans, which he labeled as corrupt, all as part of his strategy to reach a fiscal balance at any cost this year.

WTF! He thinks he is correct in everything he does. By following him for more than a year now, I can firmly say that he will leave Argentinians in more disastrous state than ever.
He is not attempting a reform rather he is busy in curbing down everything. How on earth does he think he gonna feed those 70k workers. He needs to rethink his palms or he will only harm the economy.
Before the elections, he made everyone believe that he is a pro crypto but after winning elections, he hasn't given a small thought to it. I feel for Argentinians, they have chosen the dumbest ever.

But that's precisely the point of Milei's philosophy. It's not government's role to feed and house people. Capital is provided, in most part, by private enterprise. One encourages this by lowering taxes, de-regulating, guaranteeing property rights, etc.
