Not that it matters if the cutoff is 50% of games, but I think Phillies when 3-3 from 4/1 to 4/7. Just want to point it out if it matters for tiebreakers or anything. I didn't really read the rules!

Unfortunately we are already into the second week of competition so it wouldn't really make sense to join now as you would have to take two strikes for the first two weeks of not having a pick submitted.
We run a number of different pools and contests for various sports throughout the year so just keep checking in with the sports territory and you will usually find the current contest and pools as pinned posts. There is an NBA playoff pool @undisciplined is running that you might like to partake in #498841

What do you think of Rogers Centre? I think it looks great but I don't like that grey brick wall they have behind the in the action seats now. That is going to take some time to get used to when watching the broadcast. Against my better judgement I think I am going to head down to Toronto on the 21st of May and eat some dollar hot dogs and watch the Jays crush the lowly White Sox.

I was overpaid 25k sats. I zapped 5k to the rewards pool right away and have zapped a few thousand to the survivor pool. I will keep zapping the rewards and survivor pool throughout the month and will likely give most of it back that way.

What's interesting is the MLBofficialscorer account has not cracked the top 100. I have it hiding right now but it shows on value for the month it is ranked 104. I have been zapping and commenting a bit with it as an experiment and I will just zap it back from my account. I wouldn't expect it to be amongst the top accounts but thought it would be in the top 100. I am hopeful I can get it there to get some rewards this month because I think this pool is going to get up to at least 50k sats and I am going to take a 5k hit due to the fees so if that account can get a couple thousand sats back in rewards I wouldn't mind.

Nah. That's no fun. I am going to get my alt account into the money and get some rewards.
To cover fees on the current pot it would need to be at 78. Will be interesting to see how this changes as pot gets zapped and SN rewards pool changes over the month.

Baseball is very random. Good teams lose to bad teams all the time, which is why a 3 strike rule was put in. It's early. A couple winning weeks and you will likely be back on a level playing field with everyone else.
