Can't get it. The link that you posted is way different than the definition of the link you posted here.
Is it because, when you're posting a link on SN, the previously feed description auto fills and it got posted. The timer of 10 minutes got over and you were left with nothing to let it remain.

Happened to me too a few times. At this point I consider it to be a UX bug. We should uncollapsed the options if a body was prefilled.
