I think it is important to consider that sometimes what we are told is science, isn't the truth. Is this based on experience or something you heard? I have spent extended periods gazing and I think it's great. Not when the sun is high in the sky though. Just like being in the sun in general, I am sure that sun on our skin is good for us, but so many people want to put sun block on every time they are going to be in it. To me sun block is more dangerous than sun. Again, within reason. I don't want to get burnt, but a certain amount is good for us. I am just saying I like to figure out what feels good to me on my own. I feel have I have been lied to a lot about these things.
Yeah you are right. We can't accept everything that science told to us. Almost or it's like most of the doctors and scientists proved that direct sunlight is very dangerous to our eyes and many people accept it as well. If we surf on internet, we find lots of story about sunburn and eyes related problems occured due long term sun gazing. But in positive way we say that early morning sunlight is very useful to our body especially to our skin which give us vitamin D. Like you said "not when the sun is high and certain amount is good " , that's definitely the point. What you think is good, just keep it to yourself. This world is selfish. Hihi
