As a security professional I can say there’s no reason to log into Facebook, scam or not.
A scam website with no HTTPS, impersonating another scam?
Left it behind 10 years ago. Not secured that time, not secured this time. Selling data that time, selling data this time.

On top of the stuff already mentioned, a copyright from 2011?
Looking at the URL, it is a phishing page targetting facebook users probably created using Beef framework. The site doesn't use an SSL certificate, but uses a banner to trick users into believing that the site is genuine.
