First Time for Everything - Little TexasFirst Time for Everything - Little Texas
view on youtube.comOooo very interesting, not something I've come across before. But I really enjoyed that!
They have a decent range, going between country ballads and country rock. The group as it was only released four albums in the 90's before they disbanded. A few of the original members got back together in the mid 00's and have released two more since, but there's new lead and backing vocalists so the sound just isn't the same.
Well now I've got a back catalogue to explore 🔥🔥 my day just got better.
A few of my favorites:
My Love
First Time for Everything
Better Way
Some Guys Have All the Love
I'd Rather Miss You
All in the Line of Love
You and Forever and Me
Only Thing I'm Sure Of
Can't Get in a Hurry Here
I was just going to make a short list, but every song I added brought another favorite to mind! There's others that are good, and some that I don't really like as well, but that's part of it!
I'll try and get round to them over the next few days 👊
Oh, no pressure! I just figured that since you mentioned looking into them I would throw out a few of my favorites that I felt were a good representation of the group. I've had group recommendations before that I struggled to enjoy until I realized I was listening to their least popular albums!
I got a weekend with not a lot on ahead of me, I hope to be able to get to them. Cheers for the recommendations 👊

Really great song! That and Panama are probably my favorite Van Halen songs.
Can Halen are just phenomenal... I love them. I love that whole era of music. Great submission 👊

Good morning all! Yesterday we saw the sweet make an appearance. This instantly reminded me of ballroom blitz. Which also (at least in my brain) lead me to remember this absolutely fantastic track.
Mud - Tiger Feet.

I didn't know them, but I can already see that they like to dance like elvis presley :)

Hell of a lyric. 💪💪.
Bro got serious flow. Is this grime? Or maybe drill? I struggle to differentiate between the hip-hop/rap sub genres as it's not my area.
I guess grime since he's from the UK? Whatever it is, he's good at it :)
Drill is also a UK sub genres. But I don't think it sounds as aggressive as some of the drill stuff I have heard. Very probably grime.

Oooo that's great. It sounds familiar, was it used in advertising or something, I feel like I've heard it somewhere but can't place where.

Maybe it's been sampled somewhere. I dunno, it somehow sounds familiar but I don't fully recognise it.
