I have another House AI Task Force meeting tomorrow morning at 9 am over Deepfakes with people from Reliable AI, the Center for Democracy and Technology, and Meta's Content Policy Director briefing Members.
After that I am packing up to head back home to Texas!

No I work on the House Bipartisanship AI Task Force. Meta is coming in to talk to us about deepfakes, what they are running into, how they are dealing with it, what Congress could do to help, etc

Ah. I see. Meta was useless before AI came in when dealing with harassment. I lost a business and a home because of their lack of enforcing anti-hatred type of content--which is ironic considering their policies now.
Since AI can act as an amplifier and since they suck at enforcing anything, I don't see how they hope to put the toothpaste back in the tube on this one.
