I’m impressed by how well you’ve articulated these. Good work days come and go for me, sometimes not coming back for awhile, and I couldn’t say more than good days are when I’ve made measurable progress toward something I wanted to do. The bigger and more measurable the progress, and the less it cost me progress in other areas, the better the day.
