With just a month to go for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024, construction is in full swing on the massive new Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.
The state-of-the-art 34,000-seat venue will host seven marquee matches during the tournament, including the highly-anticipated clash between arch-rivals India and Pakistan on 09th June.
“It is extremely exciting to see the progress made in the construction of the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York over the past month. Work on the outfield commenced in January and in the past few weeks the East Stand framework has started to take shape,” Chris Tetley, the ICC Head of Events, said.
