Project Bluebeam distraction?
The government has a HUGE vested interest in us believing and being frightened by, amorphous threats that can appear and disappear depending on the circumstance.
If they lie about the small inconsequential things (ie. rate of inflation), why should we trust them now that they "just want to be honest with us?"
Yes project blue beam, sure.
But two things can be true at once:
People operating within the USG want the populace to be afraid and uninformed about UFOs to maintain power and control
AND
Exotic crafts are flying around in our skies, have been for decades, their propulsion systems could fix energy on this planet, and TPTB do not want this technology to reach the masses for obvious reasons.
Maybe they aren't ETs, maybe they are, but once you accept that we’ve been lied to about our science, just like we’ve been lied to about our MONEY, the thought of another civilization visiting Earth becomes obvious, see The Drake Equation.
