Did banning drugs made people not to buy them. On the contrary, it has become the largest industry in the world. If they ban Bitcoin it will become the largest currency in the world by far.
Learn that gov are a bunch of criminals and their job is to plunder you and enslave you. They have zero jurisdiction over you, and they are in total fraud. It's time to become an anarchist.

The first step is to free yourself in your mind. The state is evil. We do not need them. We can do better. Reject their framing. They don't work for us. They don't represent us. We never consented to them.
Stop using "we" when referring to something the state did. Stop saying my representative. It starts in the mind, then the mouth and then actions. Make yourself more free and self sovereign. Get to know those around you and help one another. Build wealth and community. Improve yourself and your family. Build for the future. They are leaches that produce nothing but only steal both wealth and credit for what we do.

PLEASE SHOW ME THE DOCUMENT THAT PROVE THEIR AUTHORITY OVER MY MONEY.

When people will understand that NONE of govs have any power, authority or jurisdiction over your money (if you ask the right question).

pay attention to the words in there. They also say "accounts that they can control"... that means fucking exchanges. People that do not take self-custody

These people are not only evil but also dumb. These are NOT the best and brightest among us. The smartest and most capable people do not go to work for the state. The only gain power from the people ceding it to them.

Evil and dumb is a heck of a combo

yes, the whole point of Bitcoin is that your money belongs to you - no one can take it away from you if you are being responsible, aka self-custody.

Said it elsewhere in #523167 also…
Of course many will say ‘good luck’ but this is a powerful precedent that will impact millions. So many more downsides than benefits of living in 🇬🇧 these days.
If you feel the same, may be wise to consider your options.

"seize cryptoassets used by criminals", no arrest required... this is just US civil asset forfeiture being ported to the UK

Hustle often dreams about defending his home from the looters using a 3d printed FGC and going down in a hail of bullets like John Stark (rest in peace).
Hustle's security model sucks, even his wife has better secured coins.
At this point I'll need to memorize my seed and recite it in my head while praying to god every night. Then when the thugs knock on the door, I put everything into a pot of alcohol and light the incriminating evidence on fire......along with the rest of the condo.
I'd imagine hustle would scream something like "Come and take it!" while laughing maniacally whilst being ready to execute an inspirational death performance.

Police will no longer be required to make an arrest before seizing crypto from a suspect.
How can people accept this?
If you are simply a suspect you can get all your money seized?
How does that make any sense?
Of course they could only seize it if you don't have control over it.
Once again, not your keys, not your coins.

These are Authorities, not Powers
Power is the capability. Authority is legal permission.
