Wrong question with which you start.
The right question is: for what do you need that node? What do you want to do with it?
Then you start analyzing solutions...

well said, although you can learn more when running your home node, but you can already do many things in a mobile node like Zeus.
Umbrel user here - if I'd choose again, I might start by using Zeus than going direct to run a home node; knowing what you want indeed is the most important part.

I would echo @DarthCoin and say that's a hard question to answer without more context. Both offer much more than just a bitcoin node. We don't know what you want to do. Maybe you don't either. That's cool. Both would be great tools for learning about both bitcoin and self hosting services though I tend to think putting a nextcloud instance on the same machine as a bitcoin node is probably not the best idea.

start9 not so much for the btc but for the amazing world of self hosting you are exposed to in an apoproachable way along with really helpful community 🤙 umbrel i found harder to use and get help with.
