That's how you learn and improve. the fact that China doesn't have our system and values means they cann"fail up" faster and they're likely to improve a lot faster than the West in the future.

I didnt hear anything about that. 
China can launch a bunch of stuff, half their stuff will burn up in orbit lol
Or burn up when they reenter orbit, like half of the satellites they dont take care of.
