While I haven't been inside a Pandora in years it blows my mind that they would for one have something with caffeine levels that high and two not have it marked all over that they are that high. I drink/have drunk a number of energy drinks over the years and so hearing something is "charged" doesn't really mean much to me but 390mg of caffeine is a psychotic level and I love coffee.

Part of the lesson here is that when you market something as dangerous, people begin thinking it is.

If Liquid Death made an energy drink I'm sure they'd get similar lawsuits too.
