During our honeymoon, my wife and I went to explore Barcelona in Spain. It is famous for La Sagrada Família, and many travellers go out of their way to visit it. Showcasing unique architecture, Sagrada Familia caught our attention with its twisted towers and carved doors. Determined to experience it in both daylight and nighttime settings, we achieved our goal of visiting twice and comparing the views. Visiting Sagrada Familia was a dream come true, and we happily ticked it off our bucket list.

That’s lovely! I used to stay near the zoo and have my lunch while watching the monkeys, but yours sounds better haha

hahah, man, you remind me of my childhood..
Long story short, my first school was INSIDE of a zoo :)
I wouldnt have lunch with the monkeys, but after classes we could go and see the animals,
Also spent a lot of time looking at the monkeys, they had an impressive set up, like a small monkey village.. Even older times :)

The Sagrada Familia is so beautiful, the next time you come to Spain Sensei, you should go to Malaga (Andalusia) if you haven't been, and Galicia is also very beautiful.

Which is your favourite part of Spain? 🇪🇸

As a Spaniard, I have seen almost the entire country, and my favorite part is my land, Andalusia, especially Malaga and Seville, then other recommended places are Galicia, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and Valencia, all of which are worth visiting.

It will be interesting to know which comes first - end of BTC mining or end of construction of Sagrada Familia.

It will forever be under construction, but that is the beauty of it.

You have to admit they ramped up the build in the last few years. I was hoping to see it revealed in 2026… but as for the entrance and interior that could be another 10 years

they say 2034.
What is so beautiful about it is that it has been constructed by all private donations!
That is a feat in itself!

Ahh yes! I remember vividly especially inside! I also remember taking a nap at the hostel I was staying at, and then waking up to my two friends completely drunk after they had finished a bottle of Captain Morgan between the two of them in less than an hour. Long story short, one of them ended up throwing up the all you can eat paella we had and the other tried to help me get the extremely wasted one onto his bed, but we ended up failing because he was also too drunk to help me, so we let him 'sleep' on the floor. And this was all on our first day there haha...
