Institutions are not going to set up a dept just to have strong custodian model and deal with bitcoin payment.
External agency means they can get some of the liability out as well

Onramp seems to be directed towards individuals and institutions who don’t want to control any keys themselves. Apparently there is a big market for that.
Maybe once their clients start to understand self-custody, they can be directed to Unchained etc.
