I don't know if there is a better way for an old naval aviator to go. 🫡
Fair winds and following seas, sir.
We have the watch.

Looked like a suicide in the video.

Perceptive.
Nothing wrong with an old aviator chosing to end on his terms. 🫡
Didn't hurt anybody else. If my dad still flew he might have chosen this near the end of his cancer fight.

This doesnt look intentional...

You actually think YOU could tell if the crash of a pilot that has flown many aircraft - and the best aircraft from 1960s forward - not to mention spacecraft doesn't look intentional.
Sorry, I find this confident, but laughable. This is coming from someone who grew up on bases with naval aviators - bases where they Initially trained and earned the tail hook and the old top gun base in California.
But enlighten me. What does intentional look like?

If it was intentional he wouldnt have tried to pull up.
The sound isnt synced well, I cant hear if he changed the engine speed.

I dont know if he wanted to do a loop and the ground rose too quickly?
Or did it stall?
Or did he lose an elevator?

He was pretty old. He could have passed out.

Hopefully they can find out.
There will have to be an investigation because of the plane and crash.
