This whole procedure should be done by a lawyer, right?
the lawyers are not your "friends". lawyers swear an oath to the BAR not to you. They only want your money.
Once, I told to a lawyer:
- you cannot "represent" me, you can't be me.
- if you want to "represent" me, then you will be the one that pays all the damages or go to jail instead of me. Otherwise is not "representation" is just a bullshit. Lawyers are in a court to fool you more, not to "defend" you. They are just part of the "act", the theater, interpreters because you are considered too idiot to read and comprehend their special language (legalese). That's why they push you to have even an appointed lawyer, to make you renounce from the start of your rights and just be an idiot that don't know nothing what is going in that court. That's it: they consider you an idiot.
