Pretty exciting thought for bitcoiners! Have we seen Saudi Arabia yet sell any oil in bitcoin (or any other countries for that matter).
I have a hunch the first place this may be done is in Texas. Texas seems to be heading towards the bitcoin capital of the U.S. (from a mining, infrastructure, law, community and oil standpoint).

I've a better assumption.
If America wants to save its dollar image, it must start accepting Bitcoin as a currency.

There needs to be something that backs the world economy. It makes sense to me that Bitcoin could become a monetary standard. Even with a mix of currencies in use Bitcoin would be a major player.
