Had missed this story about Enceladus and the mission to it (like many folks, I'd assumed Titan or Europa would be the outer-system moons most likely to get investigated).

I honestly don't know! It's fascinating that it's got all three elements for life, but I can't imagine life beyond the microbe level thriving there (but I also know I view things with an earth-centric focus).

Even microbial life would be amazing. There might also be something like the flora we have in the deep ocean.

It should be prefaced with "life as we know it" because there can be life out there that we cannot really perceive or understand.
