I don't think they'll win either but I'm only left with England as an outside solid pick.

My first pick would've been Germany, as they're playing well under Nagelsmann and the squad looks good since their abysmal world cup and last euros.

Second would've been France as they've so much talent in all positions which is frightening for any team.

But England under Southgate might not win anything but his not lose at all costs will surely take them to semi's at least if not paired against the big guns. So, there's my pick! :D
