Non-instantaneous Impact

This is one of the reasons I'm so interested in resurfacing older content. Most of the people here now haven't seen it and most of the people who did see are gone. There are a bunch of gems that we can all appreciate, as though they were new.

I hope @k00b and @ek put some thought into how to tweak the rewards to account engaging with old content. That's when evergreen-ness will really take off.
