Anyone else struggling to use the new soap and hand sanitizers?
I am always washing my hands, but before my hands were cracking using the companies soap.
Since my hands get dirty, I have been using lava soap, which seems to work better.
I cant use the stuff that has the alcohol in it, it just leaves my hands raw after a while.
Maybe I need to start using lotions?

alcohol is dehydrating. definitely avoid soap that has alcohol in it, or hand sanitizers. if you can use real soap, that's always better. I wash my hands with lava every day when I get home from work. but otherwise i use softer soaps at home.

Yeah, the companies I visit always seem to have the alcohol based soaps.
It just dries your skin out and leads to cracking, which is painful because I work with my hands a lot.

drink lots of water. moisturize whenever you can get away with it.

I will have to do.
I try just to stick with bar soaps, seems to be working a bit better.
Any moisturizer suggestions?

you seems to have the right ideas already. go for fewer ingredients, less processed. essential oils, aloe, shea butter, coconut oil. i find it most convenient to do it before bed, and I wash it off in the morning
