It's not quite The Martian, but getting trapped for weeks on a space mission you thought would be short has to be disconcerting, even if you can still communicate with earth. Also, man is Boeing not doing well for themselves these days.

"not stranded" kind of sounds like "user funds are safe".
Hopefully they can get them home soon.
My wife's brother in law is an aerospace engineer. He used to work for Boeing, and without saying much, he pretty much confirmed when he worked there, Boeing had a culture of management not really giving a crap when engineers brought up concerns.
