These looked like flares to me. The flickering for one, and if you jump between the beginning and halfway in, they seem to be descending.
Would still freak me out though!
It may be, at that distance, it is very difficult to correctly identify what it is, those who recorded the video claim that it was like being in a science fiction movie... Who knows what it really is
