Real estate will return to its intrinsic or utility value on a bitcoin standard. There won't be huge monetary premiums anymore - rather a fair sensible cost because bitcoin has already absorbed the monetary premiums.

I dont want to say real estate is a scam, but for the younger generation, it has become one. With the amount inflation has changed our currency, there is really no way for the younger generation to afford real estate. With bitcoin, there is a chance it will be affordable.
