How to respond to illicit & immoral Payment Requests & Notices of Prosecution?

Not sure the title is clear enough, and I'm posting here in the AGORA as I noticed few posts on freedom, natural and commercial law before. I personally do not feel anymore this topic should be under conspiracy (we are talking facts, not theories) or libertarian (isn't about politics or liberty, but about freedom). I'll indeed be curious about these territories founder's opinion on this manner (Cc: @AGORA, @UCantDoThatDotNet @benwehrman)

Kinda getting tired of getting this scam notices in my letterbox and even more tired to waste precious value of my work on paying this pseudo unlawful and "legal" notices. My legalise vocabulary lack technical terms, so pardon me if some concepts are not well explained.

Not sure how many are familiar with this, and I'm posting here for two main reasons:

create awareness about this topic, as any entity that send you letters is basically a business trying to scam and make use of your persona.
try myself for the first time and see where it leads, defining the limit between studying and practically doing to ideally convert information to knowledge.

Apparently, these notices can be easily avoided simply by sending them back to the company that issue them, together with a letter explaining various reasons why the notice has been returned:

the infringements of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
The misuse and appropriation of my appellative to create a CAPITAL LETTER business without my consent,
Lack of evidential to support the alleged claims,
Jurisdiction ambiguity and nature of offense,
Inadequate explanation of legal rights,

I understand these concepts are applicable globally, and 99% of the supposed “nations” are actually registered companies doing businesses as usual under the caws of commerce. So I've been doing some research and found many templates that can be used to respond to this kind of request in various part of the globe. US is obviously the most prominent generating this type of contents, but also found something in NZ, AU, and UK, everything obviously in English.

People in the territory I'm currently living use a different language, and I tried to find the common denominators (listed above) to create the template for my response. Now coming to practicalities, I'd like to ask for help, especially to @Darthcoin, @Lux @Mo and most recently @Hamstr that have been inspiring me to spend more time digging in this deep rabbit hole. As above, so below... few humble questions:

Does one need to trademark or copyright it's birth name before responding to this type of requests?
Does one need to attach also an affidavit when sending back these notices?
Does the letter need to be signed with (blue/purple/red) wet ink,
Does the letter need to also be authenticated with a fingerprint and a stamp? (in this case I understand I'll keep the original and send a copy of the authenticated document)
There's anything else I should do before sending back this notice?

There's ways, and it depends. I'm learning this stuff so take it in consideration. It depends, of course, who, why and how sent you the notice and how comfortable you are with possible responses. There's no cheat sheet (well, there is but for learning, not copying).

One of the most powerful tools we can use is a conditional acceptance. It's a way of staying in honor while throwing the hot potato to the other party. You accept the offer at conditions. This tool is simple and incredibly powerfull.

There's ways using the post office, postmarks, thumbprints, pen colors, way of writing over the notice, way of signing/autographing... All become more clear by studying and practicing. The more knowledgeable we become the more possibilities to respond we have, hence, become more response-able

Conditional acceptance is exactly how I've framed the response, and my doubts are more about how to formalise it. As you mentioned, it's just a question to try, fail and try again. More experience the better!

You have to understand some aspects in all this:

In which status you are responding (see Lux pills #586916). You can answer as commercial part or as sovereign private individual. Up to you. But each status have different "paths".
almost all of these "notices" are coming as a commercial offer, even that for your unknown eye are disguised behind legalese terms into something scary, threatening you with "legal" consequences... bullshit.
YOU MUST reply. If you do not reply it can be considered acceptance.

What you can do? Just reply to them with a simple stamp like this one (download link here for a A4 paper that can be printed)

Status really important, agree. I will go as sovereign private individual, make more sense to me and not sure what how my response could look as commercial part.

This sticker will be really useful, thanks! I'll just need to translate it in the local language. The other fact is that there's no sender in the envelope. Only inside the letter there's an address specified in case of complaints, and that's where I'll send it.

Another detail is that I want to guarantee that my response will be delivered, so I was planning to send it back as certified mail. This stamp will be definitely a good addition!

I'm literally buried in work on my end as I come from the island. It's recently come to my attention that Guam is actually De jure territory / Non federal zone/ unincorporated yet is under Federal Jurisdiction. I've been scratching my head a few days now. Trying to tell myself it's unincorporated, but looking from the inside it's all federal. I'm living an oxymoron state..crap is so Backwards.

The only thing that's truly free are the chickens/roosters/pigs that roam here. As we(islandwide) don't cage them, just let them do their thing.

To answer your questions, cause I've talked to locals about mail, bills, debt collection and so forth. The locals here simply do not respond to any mail. The IRS/ FEDS/ debt collection have no balls to come here to collect, they can call/emails -- and as residents we can hang up. They can mail, but the locals don't respond. Unless we "accept" to pay it or "settle."

Because Guam is a jungle we typically use PO Boxes, so they don't know where we live. This can be a good idea for privacy.

I do not know how the USA operates, but if you have a shieff in your county he should protect you if these scam artist came to your place.

afaik DC and territories are US citizens(employees) and residents. not part of the states you heard of Slowjamastan or Molossia? they just started their own country :) Chamorro nation sounds good? just don't declare war, lol, play it diplomatically

Hopefully, I think people are waking up A LOT faster after the Presidential debate. Makes you wonder, was Biden in control of anything, including his other end. Democrats have touched too many things that were out of their jurisdictions, they all deserve a big slap in the face, handcuffed and glued with feathers.

ahaha love the locals approach! The geographical position probably helps a lot. How is surf/swell quality over there?

I got to take a photo so you can see for yourself. There are days when it's calm and completely still no waves(like glass) perfect for paddleboarding and other days the swells melt your face off. :)

My quick answers to your questions:

Not really necessary. All depends in what status are you going to respond.
Depends if are included accusations. Then you send back a letter with more questions to be answered, as Lux said "conditional acceptance". That is very important. You put some questions about those claims that they cannot rebut. If they cannot rebut, then their claims are null.
Read https://livingintheprivate.blogspot.com/ and you will learn how to sign or autograph.
You can use https://opentimestamps.org/ as "online notary", with the document signed also by 2-3 witnesses. But again depends on the gravity of the claims. If is just a speeding ticket you don't have to bother too much, not even open the letter, stamp it with those "no contract" stamps I've sent you and is done.
Yes be prepared to send more answers and prepare your UCC status.

I recommend getting a PO Box as well so these people sending you letters don't know where you actually live. With requests like these, there should be a website and I would call/verify if its legit as well.

Out of curiosity. As i can see this approach might work for this type of small infractions as i guess they reason they stop bothering you is that it ends up being not worth their time and money, what are the craziest things people have managed to get out of by claiming the counterparty has no authority over you? I heard prisons are private companies too in the US. It would be crazy/cool/... if one could achieve similar outcome by acting fully as a sovereign individual :)
