Hey All - I am curious what are the things you are most excited about with Bitcoin around the world! For myself, the number one most exciting thing is going to my favorite bar, restaurant, or neighborhood spot and paying in Bitcoin. Where I am located now it is pretty much non-existent.
That would be cool to go to the airport, gas station, casino, or sporting event and have the option to pay in Bitcoin.
I know in the U.S. this may be a decade-plus away, but over the coming years, I can potentially see favorable regulation, increased bitcoin communities, and most importantly the ability to cut out rent-seeking middlemen like MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and more.
What are the top things you are looking forward to as bitcoin continues to gain broader acceptance around your locality and the world?
the state being a wee smaller / less relevant.
reply
I think it will be smaller, I think it depends if they start buy large sums of bitcoin, wouldn't they then be able to afford to keep a larger state?
reply
if they cant print it has to be smaller, regardless of how much btc they have cuz theyd need to be more efficient.

I haven't even been in the world of Cryptoeconomics for 6 months... I like it a lot!! and personally I hope that as Bitcoin continues to make its way into the daily life of payments and savings towards our future I want it to be more accepted... here in Lima Peru where I have lived for 7 years since I migrated from my native country Venezuela. There are very few, I would say almost no place where they accept payments with Bitcoin... so that the economy is more diverse and stable! I am very excited πŸ’ͺto move forward πŸ‘πŸ˜Š
