Bitcoin twitter energy is angry and arrogant. Satoshi save us.
reply
After deleting my Twitter account, with currated people to follow, simply typing Bitcoin in the search bar really shows the ugly side of Bitcoin Twitter. The likes of Fred Krueger, British Hodl, etc who know to work the algorithm and show up on the front page rile me up and end up me being angry rather than positiviley energized about Bitcoin development.

I'm reviving my efforts at Minds recruitment. This time, my approach is just to cross-post from SN. Let's see if that works better.
reply
what about increasing the signal-to-noise ratio in certain Minds topics? infiltrate the minds of Minds member that way, from a niche small topic, and cross-post there. i have time this month to play on both fronts.

I encourage you to take whatever course seems most promising.
I've concluded, perhaps unfortunately, that my connections on Minds aren't worth putting much effort into, but I do want to keep a lifeline extended to them.

PMA:
PMA stands for Private Members Association, and is usually set up by the founder of the business, company or association.
There is no legally approved structure for a Private Members’ Club, and if done correctly it operates outside the legal system.
It can take any form the owner of the business wishes; however the most common are of an unincorporated association, a trust or a private limited company.
In layman’s terms, the association or club draws up a private policy or constitution, so that all members are clear about the rules and how the company operates.
reply
can you use this PMA as the "normal company" when dealing with other companies 👀
and any more good sources to dig?
reply
The private sector of the economy is, in fact, the voluntary sector. The public sector is, in fact, the coercive sector.
reply
see the 2 previous pills
reply
I stored them:) but where to register it and how to maintain 👀
reply
hahaha you do not go back to the system by "register" a PMA ! See Lux pill about register - you are giving away your rights when "register" something with somebody else.
You simply write your own "constitution" and present it to your private members to agree it. That's all.
reply
See Lux pill about register - you are giving away your rights when register" something.
oh yes, my bad.
You simply write your own "constitution" and present it to your private members to agree it. That's all.
I can write ANYTHING as I please? but what doc is needed if I'm not using any legal docs? 👀 what name to sign if I'm not using the fiat name?
and holy shit, @lux's pill is the second most powerful thing after Bitcoin 😂
reply
It's your property - you make the rules. Write anything you want.
reply
after my money then my rules 👀🔥
Good one. I can't find it now, but few years ago I saw a video of a guy, during the plan-demic, he created a PMA for his coffee bar and accepted only registered members from his local community. People that agreed to join his PMA were allowed to enter, all others... don't.
  • he had a constant flow of private customers
  • never closed his bar
  • when the police thugs came at his door, they found a nice paper saying: "only private members are allowed to enter. You do not have any jurisdiction in this private property".
Simple as that.
reply
when the police thugs came at his door, they found a nice paper saying: "only private members are allowed to enter. You do not have any jurisdiction in this private property".
and then what happened, they just left? 👀
reply
yes. no jurisdiction on a private property. Yes, there were some isolated incidents when the thugs were entering with force, but now they are convicted to 5-8 years of prison for violating private property.
reply
it sounds like if anything commercial wise, you can do it under the PMA instead of registering any companies under any jurisdictions?
and how things worked between them if they transact with fiat money, I mean things are so much easier with Bitcoin now.
reply
exactly that Lux was trying to explain
reply
will be your citadel a PMA?
reply
No, why would I need a PMA for a place where I live in peace, just for myself? Do I engage in commerce or something? No. PMA is only when you want to run a private business.
reply
The company or a trust all can make their constitution under the constitution of a state. So, it's basically a slave constitution.
Am I right?
reply
A trust is different from PMA
reply
yes, but a trust can be a pma, or, a PMA can be set as a trust
reply
never thought it like that. Do you have any examples?
reply
21 sats \ 1 reply \ @Lux 12 Jul
i don't, but it's simple. a PMA can be set anyhow, the founder makes the rules, the members accept them. any member or founder can have a fiduciary duty to a beneficiary, just like any other business or company, are all trusts, and it does not have to be written the word trust anywhere
reply
around 2018 i visited a random bar on outskirts of a city with a friend. we wanted to enter and a man who opened the door asked "are u a member?" - "no" - "u can only enter if u r a member. it's only $10." - we paid $10 each to have an $8 drink, and laughed about this story for the next few years. now i c what may have been going on.
reply
I think that in Spain it is possible to grow cannabis through a private club.
reply
In Spain you can do it without a private club (until certain quantities for private use).
Under a PMA ideally you can do whatever you want as you operate in the private, under your own laws. So participants agree with this "laws" as members. You can come up with whatever "law" you wish.
reply

the full THC sort? sure, it's outside the legal system, same all around. Also the lawyer's BAR association is a PMA, it operates completely outside the legal system, it does not pay any taxes, it does not follow statutes and government regulations..
