This is the trap of the system, to escape it you must free your mind and end your slave mentality and do not ever allow yourself to be pulled into the public world again.
one of the hacks to free your mind is to move out of where you were born and see the difference on the other side of the world, many things you used to might be completely different outside of your bubble/cage.
