I knew this song 10 years ago, when I was learning to skate, I heard it in a video of some skaters. and since then I loved it! and then I have been using it from then until today to meditate in the mornings. When I have little time I listen to it 1 or 2 times. and when I have more time I try to meditate for at least 15 to 20 minutes maximum with this song in the background to disconnect more easily.
This is beautiful. It's so calming. Great meditation track, I tend to prefer to meditate in silence otherwise my brain concentrates on the music and what's going on 🤣 but this is lovely to listen to.

I once read in a meditation book that meditating in silence is good, ambiance with some soft music, sometimes it is also advisable to do the meditation with any music or noise, something that is out of the routine and does not serve to relax, to really finding our concentration through all the sonic chaos. which is then very beneficial for dealing with high-stress situations, severe pain, or simply the chaos of life around you on a daily basis, such as work, an annoying neighbor, a neighbor pet that barks a lot, etc.
