Excellent! Earlier this week, I had been thinking about this very idea. I'm glad to see others thinking along the same lines.
A related idea I had was to create an annual event, wherein we get as many Bitcoiners as possible to CoinJoin-via-Nostr any Bitcoin they've received in the last 12 months. Proof of Keys day is on January 3rd, so it seems appropriate for this event to be scheduled for sometime after that.
That would defeat the purpose of privacy IMO, not different than tornado cash. If you want to have private hiding at plain sight is the way to go.

How? A group doing a coinjoin on a certain day seems quite different from a group doing a coinjoin via a reused address (which is basically what tornado cash does)
If you want to have private hiding at plain sight is the way to go
Hiding in plain sight is sometimes a way to go but hiding in a crowd (via coinjoin) is often better
