I have created a tool for people developing on top of Bitcoin to easily set up a network of regtest nodes and connect to them with simple commands. Released an alpha version and need some feedback.

Yep, polar is definitely something people can use if it satisfies their needs. The problem is that it is gui only so can't run it on VPSs and difficult to scale as well. The goal for BitBrew is to allow running scalable private networks with automated random network activity. Polar has a great gui though.
